L. Steven's Story
After getting out of UGA in 1970, I went directly into the broadcasting field; radio and television for 21 years. In 1991 I changed professions and entered the distribution business with a company based in Atlanta, GA. With this company I got to live all over Georgia, Myrtle Beach, SC, and even spent 18 months one night in Hattiesburg, MS.
Also, after college, I was married to my first wife for 32 years before divorcing. In 2004, I remarried and Carol and I currently live in Stockbridge, GA.

TN, and Michael, a computer whiz working on airplane design projects in Smyrna, GA. I also inherited a wonderful daughter and son, along with four terrific grandchildren, when I married Carol.
My hobbies include playing a keyboard and singing (my favorite secular song is still "Georgia On My Mind"), sailing, cooking international foods, fishing and golf. (I only hope my cooking is better than my golf). One of my biggest regrets is never being able to meet Ray Charles in person and just sitting down and talking to this genius of music.
